GUN FU STYLE OF THE MARTIAL ARTS

The Instructor:

Master Archibeque is 62 years old, form Spanish/Japanese American decent. He grew up in Colorado and Japan, spending many years in a Buddhist Temple learning the martial arts. He went to Japan to test and receive the honor of Master. As with many Master Level instructors in martial arts, he has over the last 50 years of teaching and completition developed a unique style of his own. It is important to understand the instruction in the temple was not restricted to one or two styles, but was from masters in several martial arts styles five (5) days per week, eight (8) hours per day. Master Archibeque was given a special and unique honor in weapons. Today Isidro Archibeque is 10th Degree Grand Master of Gun Fu Style.

The Style - - What is Taught? - - Survival - - Animal Fighting Styles

Gun Fu actually incorporates and teaches 21 martial arts styles, including weapons, arnis and knife fighting, with special emphasis on Animal Forms (primarily close infighting techniques). Iron Hand techniques are taught

Because of the emphasis on pressure points and joint lock techniques, this is not a tournament style. Demonstration tapes of the Gun Fu style are available for viewing in the office and you are encouraged to view and understand this style.
